How do I upgrade my Guild Wars game account in my Guild Wars Gold
master account?
Answer
To upgrade your Guild Wars game account in your Guild Wars Gold
master account, please follow these instructions.
Log into your Guild Wars Gold master account.
Click the Use a Serial Code link.
If you purchased your access key from the Guild Wars Gold Store,
select it from the Purchased Codes section and skip to Step 5. If
you instead purchased it from a retailer and received a game box,
select the A Guild Wars Key (25 digits) option.
Type in the access key in the spaces provided.
Click the CONTINUE button.
Locate the account you wish to upgrade and click the UPGRADE ACCOUNT
button.
You will then receive a message that your account has been
successfully upgraded.
You will receive an e-mail which contains the access key that was
applied to your account. We strongly recommend keeping this e-mail
for your records, as you may need to provide it to verify ownership
of the account when contacting our Account Support Team. |
